Between 1996 and 2000, the group operated under AB Industries de Venezuela C.A., actively participating in major industrial and oilfield supply contracts. During this period, the company supported multiple projects for ExxonMobil within the Cerro Negro heavy crude development, supplying industrial and petroleum materials through strategic agreements with U.S.-based manufacturers and service providers. This stage established a strong foundation in international procurement, compliance-driven operations, and high-demand oilfield environments.

Following the completion of these projects, the Venezuelan entity underwent a corporate transition and was later renamed SBC Venezolana de Inversiones C.A., maintaining continuity of technical expertise, local market knowledge, and long-term industry relationships. Today, SBC Venezolana de Inversiones C.A. operates in strategic alliance with AB Industries International LLC, enabling coordinated participation in regional energy and industrial opportunities.

In 2015, the group expanded operations into Brazil, integrating its technical and commercial capabilities into one of the most dynamic industrial and offshore energy markets worldwide. The Brazilian platform strengthened logistics, regional execution, and supplier integration, supporting both industrial and offshore projects under international and local regulatory frameworks.

The establishment of AB Industries International LLC in the United States represents a strategic evolution of the organization. The U.S. entity functions as the international commercial, procurement, and compliance hub, designed to offer enhanced contractual security, optimized supply chains, and direct access to global manufacturers. This structure enables the group to provide competitive and compliant industrial and oil & gas supply solutions for projects in Venezuela, Brazil, and other regional markets.

AB Industries International specializes in API and ASME forged flanges, high-pressure valves, FPSO connections, drilling tubing, and engineered industrial components, operating under international certifications, offshore safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
